Full resort amenities included: two heated saltwater pools, daily housekeeping, on-site restaurant with room service, spa, gym, and private boat charters. Panarea 1D is a spacious beachfront residence thoughtfully laid out for group comfort — four bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, two king beds for couples who don't want to compromise on sleep quality, and a flexible fourth bedroom that works for kids, teens, or solo travelers. The open living and dining area connects to the private balcony, where you can hear the ocean and enjoy the beachfront atmosphere of Bucerías. Modern finishes, A/C in every room, and a clean, contemporary design make the home feel polished yet welcoming—an effortless blend of style and relaxation by the sea. This property is located in a peaceful beachfront residential area of Bucerías, ideal for guests seeking a more relaxed and uncrowded coastal experience. Set along a quiet stretch of sand, the neighborhood offers wide beaches, gentle waves, and a calm atmosphere—perfect for morning walks, swimming, and sunset views without the bustle of downtown. While tranquil in feel, the location remains conveniently close to Bucerías’ vibrant center. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required. ✓ Paddleboard availability may vary. ✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers. ✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability. ✓ The tower is a cashless property, the restaurant and spa only accept cards ✓ Guests are required to submit a guest registration form before arrival to the tower. This form is digital and shared immediately after booking.
