The building has a gym, a summer pool and a barbecue area, and Metro Santa Isabel is about seven minutes on foot. Well suited to a couple or a work trip of a week or two.

Kitchen Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace Private, with a table and chairs and a view across the city. In the building Gym (6:00 to 22:00), an outdoor pool from December to March, a barbecue area, a children's play area, a games room and shared lounges. Lift and front desk; self check-in from 15:00 with an electronic lock. No parking with this unit.
