Two couples, or a family of four, will find this seventh-floor apartment an easy fit: each of its two bedrooms has a double bed and a TV of its own. Two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) mean no queue in the morning, and the living room has a sofa, a rattan coffee table and a dining table that opens towards the terrace. Heating for winter and fans for summer. Santa Lucía metro, Parque Almagro and a supermarket are all a few minutes' walk away.
