Standard check-out is by 11 AM. 📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund. 📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine. 📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.
