Standard check-out is by 11 AM. 📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund. 📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine. 📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation. 📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings. Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following an inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner. Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in form has been filled out.
