Our charming 5BR, 3BA home in a quiet cul-de-sac accommodates up to 16 guests! Enjoy a cozy living room, spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a large fenced yard—perfect for a Montgomery retreat. Minutes from dining, shopping, and just 10 minutes from downtown. Ideal for large families and groups. Pets welcome with a fee. We’ve included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team so you know exactly what to expect. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a staircase on the right and a dining room on the left. Off the dining room, there is a door leading to the kitchen and laundry area. On the left of the dining room is a hallway leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk straight from the main entrance to the living room with a decorative fireplace and sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill, covered patio with outdoor furniture, and a large fenced backyard. Pack-N-Play available upon request. Vacuum available upon request. Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. It is conveniently located in midtown, minutes away from shops, service centers, grocery stores, schools, and more! We are within walking distance to Vaughn Road Elementary School. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
