Our "Nest" is a cozy and pet-friendly retreat. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a full sleeper sofa accommodates up to 6 guests, offering all the comforts of home. Located within walking distance to Mill Creek Park, it’s perfect for families, sports enthusiasts, or anyone seeking relaxation. With a spacious fenced backyard ideal for pre-game practice, a grill, fire pit, and modern amenities, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Step inside to find a warm and inviting space featuring smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements with one queen-sized bed, one full sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering, whether you’re enjoying a home-cooked meal or unwinding after a day at the park. Outside, the expansive fenced backyard is great for pets, grilling, or a quiet evening around the fire pit under the stars. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is within walking distance of Mill Creek Park, a hub for sports tournaments, walking trails, and family-friendly activities. Splash in the Boro, Georgia Southern University and downtown Statesboro are just a short drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. House Rules: No parties or events are allowed. Please respect the quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and be mindful of neighbors during your stay. No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property, including both indoors and outdoor spaces. Essentials Provided: Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are included for your comfort. Pets are welcome for a $50 per pet fee.
