Many of the original homes and gardens still stand and are privately preserved to capture southern charm. This 3 bed, 2 bath cottage offers a cozy, charming feel that is hidden but yet, in the heart of it all. 1 mile from downtown shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and farmers market and just 2 miles from GSU's beautiful campus. We do charge a $50 pet fee. You will LOVE this property! Very private location in the heart of the historic district within 1 mile from shopping, restaurants, farmers market, entertainment and more. Southern charm surrounds this property and is nestled on a private street in the historic district. Smoking is not allowed inside of the unit. We asked that you politely find a smoking area outside! Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50. No parties are events are allowed! ***Please note we require all guests to submit a valid form of ID through our check in form prior to check in. If you do not submit the ID we will not be able to send you check in instructions.***
