The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. This 10m² apartment is located on the 7th floor (with elevator to the 6th floor, then up the stairs to 1 floor). It comprises: - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave ... - A living room with sofa bed, dining table and TV - Bathroom with shower - WC to be shared outside the apartment - Storage space - TV and high-speed Internet access - Bed linen and towels provided A family district, the 15th arrondissement (the capital's largest) is just like its inhabitants: quiet and peaceful. Nevertheless, you'll find some lovely parks (Georges Brassens and André Citroën), shopping districts (Commerce, Convention) and a generally pleasant atmosphere. It also includes one of the three islands (Ile aux Cygnes), the huge Beaugrenelle shopping mall and the Statue of Liberty. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
