Ideal for a solo traveller or a couple, it is a true urban cocoon, designed for a practical and comfortable stay. 📍 Ideally located at rue Gutenberg, 75015 Paris, you will enjoy a quiet and sought-after neighbourhood, appreciated for its residential atmosphere and proximity to numerous shops, restaurants and transport links. Thanks to the nearby metro and bus services, you can easily reach the capital's main points of interest, while staying in a peaceful and authentically Parisian environment. It consists of: ✔️ A living room with a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a dining table, a television and a side table. ✔️ An open-plan, fully equipped and functional kitchen: refrigerator, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc. ✔️ A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet ✔️ Storage space ✔️ Television and high-speed internet ✔️ Bed linen and towels provided A family district, the 15th arrondissement (the largest in the capital) is just like its inhabitants: calm and quiet.
