Sleeping & Retreat (up to 8 guests): • Master Bedroom (Upper Floor): Your private highlight featuring direct lake views, up to 5m high ceilings, xl tailored wardrobe, and a private balcony—perfect for your first morning coffee. • Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): An easily accessible comfy room next to the bath room equipped with a King-size bed and lovely morning sun. • Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Flexible layout with two large single beds made of Zirben wood (Alpine pine) for restful sleep and a glass door leading directly into the garden (views toward the Rofan mountains and the lake). • Extra Space: The gallery on the upper level features a high-quality sofa bed that can be prepared for 2 additional guests. • Family-First: A baby travel cot is available upon request. And lots of board games, LEGO, and Playmobil. • Bathrooms: Enjoy a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as the highlight on the upper floor—an extra-large bathtub with a scenic view to help you unwind. We have three showers in the apartment, as well as washing machine and dryer. After an active day in the mountains or the lake, the chalet is your luxury retreat to recharge and unwind. Summer Highlights: • Hiking, biking, and water sports (SUP, sailing, kiting) start right at your doorstep. • Lake Achensee with many scenic swimming options and secret spots in close vicinity. • The cablecars in close vicinity are great to explore the mountains, also for beginners. • The 18-hole Pertisau golf course is just a 5-minute drive away. • A family favorite: Atoll Achensee (5 min. away) featuring an adventure pool, panoramic outdoor pool, spa, and adventure playground. Winter Wonderland: • Cross-country Skiing: Access the trails directly from the house or explore the outstanding 50 km network starting in Pertisau. • Ski, Snowboard & Touring: The Rofan ski area is in the village; Karwendel and Christlum are just a few minutes away—ideal for families. Pros can reach the Zillertal or Alpbach valleys in about 30 minutes. • Off-piste: Winter hiking, tobogganing, or ice skating provide plenty of variety. There is everything for daily life in walking distance: supermarket, also open on most sundays, doctor, butcher, bakery, bicycle rental, e-bike-rental, ski-rental, and other sport rentals, ski sloapes, cross country skiing, skiresorts, lake Achensee with great beach accesses. Also very close by is the Atoll Achensee spa and public panorama swimming pool heated to ca. 32 °C, with the adventure pool, water slide, direct lake access and a adventure children playground. Our house and home is meant as a place of rest, recreation and restoration. We do not allow parties of any kind, and have a db noice monitoring. Please be considerate with loud noise when you are outside on the terrace and garden - we have neighbours with kids. When you are up late and inside with music, please could you close the roof window in the living room (eastward, towards Rofan mountain). Thank you.
