In addition to the spacious living room with panoramic windows and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Achensee, there is another living area with a large smart TV on the gallery. The extra-long dining table fosters conversation and wonderful shared moments. There are many activities to enjoy. In summer, you can hike, go mountaineering, bike, or swim in the lake. In addition, you can enjoy paddle boating, SUP, wing foiling, kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, tandem paragliding, or climbing. Several schools and rental services are available nearby. The 18-hole golf course in Pertisau is just a 5-minute drive away. Lake Achensee is a 10-minute walk away, and at Seespitz, Atoll, Buchauer Beachbar, or all along the lake, you’ll find beautiful public beaches. After the snow melts, starting around May, the lake fills up again gradually, and swimming is possible way until October/November. Also close by is the "Atoll Achensee" with its all year indoor/outdoor panorama pool heated to ca 32°C, with adventure pool, water sledge, direct lake access, Spa, and adenture playground loved by the kids. Winter is just as exciting as summer: winter hiking, cross-country skiing (right outside the door), or ski tours, skiing on the slopes of the surrounding ski resorts with views of Lake Achensee (Rofan, Karwendelbahn Pertisau with excellent ski lessons for kids, Christlum), or a short drive to the ski resorts and freeriding areas in Alpbach or Zillertal. You can also enjoy tobogganing, curling, ice skating, or simply relaxing... After a day full of activities, you can look forward to a cozy evening at home by the fireplace. For relaxed cooking evenings, the modern, fully equipped kitchen, custom-built by a carpenter, is perfect. Or you can unwind in the extra-large bathtub with a view, or enjoy a movie night with the projector. There is everything for daily life in walking distance: supermarket, also open on most Sundays, bakery, doctor, bicycle rental, e-bike-rental, swimming, lake Achensee, Spa, panorama pool, water sledge, adventure playground, wingfoil rental, ski-rental, and other sport rentals, Rofan mountain cable car, ski slopes, cross country skiing, skiresorts. Our house and home is meant as a place of rest, recreation and restoration. We do not allow parties of any kind, and have a db noice monitoring. Please be considerate with loud noise when you are outside on the terrace and garden - we have neighbours with kids. When you are up late and inside with music, please could you close the roof window in the living room (eastward, towards Rofan mountain). Thank you.
