Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, registered pets falling outside the approved weight limit, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
