Living and dining A leather sofa, a coffee table, pictures and a plant, and a Smart TV (no cable). The dining table seats four next to the kitchen. Air conditioning and heating in the living room, and Wi-Fi. Kitchen Black worktop, built-in oven and microwave, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with cutlery, utensils, pots and wine glasses. Iron available. Balcony Armchairs and a table, with a view across the surrounding buildings. In the building Rooftop pool (open December to March) with loungers, a roof terrace facing the mountains, an open-air gym with bikes and machines, self-service laundry on the ground floor of Tower A, 24-hour concierge and lift. Private parking included, for small and medium cars. Hot water comes from a 150-litre tank: about 15 minutes, then 45 to 60 minutes to reheat.
