Welcome to our bright and modern flat in Boulogne Billancourt - Close to Transport Our flat is located in Boulogne Billancourt, in the Jean Jaurès district, one of the most affluent towns in the Paris region. The flat's proximity to the quays of the Seine and the Bois de Boulogne makes it an ideal location in which to relax. The friendly shopping atmosphere helps to create a warm ambience. Our 55 m² flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift. This modern, spacious flat will provide you with a comfortable stay. Here is a description of the flat: - A large living room with a dining area, a large sofa and a television. - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and oven. - Two double bedrooms with double beds and storage space. - A shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. - Separate WC The flat is equipped with a television and broadband internet connection, providing entertainment and connectivity options. Bed linen and towels are provided, simplifying the occupants' stay. This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people on training, work experience or work placements. Arrival on WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
