The area is full of restaurants, famous shops, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher's shop, dry cleaner's, pharmacy, etc.). THERE IS CURRENTLY WORK GOING ON IN THE BUILDING TO REFURBISH IT. POSSIBILITY OF NOISE.
