Positioned just off the lush greens of the Holiday Hills golf course, this idyllic accommodation is ideal for visitors eager to take on the challenge of the course, as well as those who simply want to take advantage of its picturesque beauty, deep in the Ozarks. You can relax on the shaded balcony with sweeping views and cozy outdoor seating, plus you’ll have use of resort amenities like sports courts and a seasonal outdoor pool. Every square inch of this condo has been maximized to provide the most relaxing stay possible, starting with the open and airy layout that creates an organic flow between each distinct space. The living area is well furnished with ample seating for everyone to spread out and tuck in for a movie on the smart tv. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Create special memories around the dining table with seating for 6, the perfect spot for family-style meals in the comfort of your own space. This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. - Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. - Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs (32 steps no elevator). - 2 unassigned parking spaces are provided. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - Washer and dryer in unit. -Not pet friendly - Indoor pool is not available for guest use. The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available. -Guest does have access to exercise room, arcade, and other onsite amenities. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Home on the Golf Range is just a short distance to the can’t miss swimming, fishing, and boating on Table Rock Lake. Nature preserves, epic hiking trails, and scenic outlooks are all around.
