At this Branson retreat, comfort, convenience, and scenic surroundings come together to create the perfect home base for your next Ozarks escape. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen-size beds, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance. • Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. • This home is equipped with (one) 1 external Ring security camera, located to the left of the front door and monitoring the exterior entryway. • Washer and dryer in home. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. • The community outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location puts you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
