Well appointed and comfortable condo with a great view! Great location, easy parking and spacious! Not the most contemporary (kind of feels like going to your grandparents beach condo) but everything was in excellent condition and great working order. Appreciated the welcome coffee for the first morning as well! I’d recommend changing the living room chairs or adding some sort of cushion; the old wicker is starting to stick out and gave me a few good jabs and scratches on the back of my legs. Recommend 827 for anyone looking for a comfortable spot! This is a great property about 5 minutes from the beach. What else can one ask for? We had a great time on our family vacation. The unit boasts AC which was great. The kitchen is well designed with almost everything one might need to prepare meals. The patios are a great place to enjoy the sunsets.
