There is a Publix, Walgreens, a neighborhood Market 4 mins away, along with numerous restaurants. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your fun visit. The unit itself is two bedrooms and one bathroom, everything completely newly renovated. You will be among the very first people to enjoy this stunning residence. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests and is pet friendly for up to two dogs. The master bedroom features a king posturepedic bed and great flatscreen TV as well as walk in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen posturepedic mattress and has its own closet as well. This residence is located in the fantastic River District of Fort Myers, which is lined with beautiful 60 foot tall Edison Palm Trees. You are located less than a 5 minute drive to Cape Coral, Downtown Fort Myers, and the Edison/Ford Estate and are also located less than 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.
