Filled with inviting spaces to sit, dine, or lounge outdoors, the huge terrace, where two pools – one for laps, one for relaxing – intersect, is a focal point of the property. Here, sun loungers are arranged along the pool’s edge, skimming the water on the sun shelf, and under the shade of coconut palms, and benches and private nooks are scattered throughout. Wherever you are the aquamarine waters of Grace Bay beckon. Choose a kayak or paddleboard to explore them at leisure, or head out for a boat trip – a pick up from the private dock is the ultimate luxury. Back at base, fitness fiends can keep active in the fully equipped gym and on the adjacent floodlit tennis court, the half basketball or the pickleball court. A cantilevered walnut staircase leads up to a secluded second master suite, with a wraparound terrace and luxurious bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk in rain shower. An elevated two-bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sit behind the main house at Hawksbill. A three-bedroom refurbished beach house completes the estates’ living accommodation. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due. Please note that there is a 12% tax applicable to any additional goods or services provided during your stay. This includes fees for extra amenities such as air conditioning, pool heating, butler service, cleaning, and any other services or goods you may request during your stay.
