Inspired by Oliver Messel designs, Coral House, an exquisite home on the shores of Grace Bay, cannot fail to enchant with its pink-hued coralstone walls, plant-filled courtyard and breezy verandas. With seven bedroom suites, a variety of gorgeous gathering spaces indoors and out, and professional staff to attend to your every need, it’s an ideal property for multi-generational groups. Between the heated pool surrounded by loungers, the pristine beach with decadent daybeds set back from the shore, and the complimentary kayaks and SUPs, turquoise waters play a leading role at the Coral House. When you tire of the sun, move over to the gazebo to watch the action on the beach, or take a pew at the beach bar and admire the views while your butler mixes you a cocktail. With an outdoor dining pergola and a firepit that the whole group can gather around to star watch, there’s ample space to eat, drink and relax outdoors, as a group or individually. Step Inside… Arranged around the romantic courtyard, with a vibrant flame tree at its centre, there are just as many enticing indoor gathering spots, with a living room, and attached outdoor sitting area, a welcoming library and a cosy media and games room. Also on the first level is the kitchen with a large island – ideal for pulling up a stool and chatting to your chef – a dining room where you can throw open the French doors to let the breeze wash through, a fitness room and one twin/king bedroom. The remaining bedroom suites, all spacious and decorated in fresh tones, are on the second level. Three of these have private patios and ocean views, two can be set up with king or twin beds, and two have queen size beds. Additional Information • Tax: 12% • Service charge: 10% A refundable security deposit of $10,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due. Please note that there is a 12% tax applicable to any additional goods or services provided during your stay. This includes fees for extra amenities such as air conditioning, pool heating, butler service, cleaning, and any other services or goods you may request during your stay.
