Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, ample natural light, and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind. LIVING AREA The living area is filled with a large comfy sectional facing the 55" wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. KITCHEN & DINING The open-concept living area is excellent for entertaining and family gatherings. Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up. Serve your meals at the kitchen table or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for 8. We have included a high chair for your little one to enjoy a meal in company. Heading up the stairs, you will be greeted by the Master Bedroom (bedroom #1) with two queen sizes beds, side by side, a wall-mounted smart TV, and his & hers closet. Exiting the bedroom, next door is a shared full-size bathroom with a modern title bath/shower combo and a single vanity. Next is spacious bedroom #2, with a luxurious king-size bed and a large closet to unpack. Plus, there's a 32" wall-mounted smart TV to relax and catch up on your favorite TV shows after exploring the city. Bedroom #3 boasts yet another luxurious king-size bed, a large closet, and a traveling crib. The consistent design is carried throughout the home. It's characterized by simplicity, clean lines, and a monochromatic palette with color used as an accent. If you noticed, the home is decorated with lots of Keith Haring paintings throughout the home expressing the pop art modern culture showing the vibrant colors. PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio. GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee". Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party ✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures.
