The area around Rua do Almada offers a truly captivating experience for anyone visiting Porto. With its unique atmosphere, delicious gastronomy and cultural richness, this area is a treasure to be discovered in the wonderful Invicta city. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a charge of €40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the value will be provided upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV packages of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be charged the excess. The tenant is required to allow the host's employee to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected. We also offer a transfer service that will take you to your apartment! Simply request it (price upon consultation). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
