The flat is situated in the city centre, a vibrant area where culture and cuisine come together. Its street, Rua do Almada, is surrounded by historic monuments, charming cafés, lively bars and restaurants offering a variety of flavours. Just a short walk away are the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, perfect for a stroll, and Rua das Flores, ideal for shopping and discovering local shops. For a memorable end to the day, enjoy dinner in Ribeira, with stunning views of the River Douro and Cais de Gaia. If you’re looking for a day at the beach, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just 7 km away. Explore the city and discover everything Porto has to offer! Key collection takes place at our **Welcome Center** – at **Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto**, where you can meet our staff! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). If you wish for a **late check-out**, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). There is a **zero-tolerance policy for smoking** on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a **minimum fine of €200** will be applied. In case of **lost keys**, a replacement fee will be charged (upon request). If you **leave the keys inside the apartment** and need our team to open the door, there is a fee of **€40 after 7:00 PM**. If the **key is left in the door lock**, requiring technical intervention, the cost will be provided upon request. For reservations of **28 nights or more**, there is a **utility cap of €150** for **water, electricity, and the internet/TV package**. Any excess usage beyond this amount will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the **host’s staff to enter the property** when requested for an inspection. **Monthly visits** are expected for this purpose. We offer a **transfer service** that will take you directly to the apartment! Just let us know in advance (price upon request).
