Modern, Scandinavian-designed, two-bedroomed apartment in the heart of Sea Point bordering on Fresnaye. Enjoy homemade breakfasts in the fully equipped, modern kitchen with SMEG appliances. There is also a rooftop pool which you may relax in and enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is in a new, highly secure building which is entirely access controlled. The kitchen is fully equipped with all items to prepare meals. There is a dining table which can seat up to four people in total. There is also a washer and dryer available in the apartment along with a clothing horse, should you need to do any laundry during your stay with us. A cot can be provided upon request, please let me know if this is something you would like us to set-up for you for your stay.

About the Home

Modern amenities and appliances in the apartment make cooking, laundry and everyday tasks a breeze. Both bedrooms are equipped with airconditioners, to cool the hot summer nights and can also be used as a heater, during the cooler months. There are two balconies, one downstairs and the other off the bedrooms upstairs. There is great cupboard space and two spacious bedrooms to enjoy. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a shower and the other with a bath, should you wish to draw a warm bath after a busy day exploring the city.

Good to know

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers. ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process

The Neighborhood

Located in leafy upper Sea Point, the neighbourhood is secure and family friendly. There is wonderful security in the neighbourhood and great places nearby, such as the Sea Point Promenade or Beaches where you can enjoy a fun day out with family relaxing and enjoying some of the best views in Cape Town. Enjoy some great restaurants in the neighbourhood.
