Self Check in with Lock box Pets allowed Back up Power! STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENT AT ALL! NO PARTIES Smoke alarm installed 2 single beds in2nd bed can be made up into a king sized double bed so please do advise on booking, before check in, if you would prefer this option. There are steps inside the home. Kindly note there is a damp issue in main bedroom cupboard due to a balcony waterproof issue of above apartment. We are presently waiting for the building to manage this repair. This has caused the cupboard to swell and warp. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

See Point is a much sought after location. Affluent, lively, Ocean-facing with sandy beaches like a Milton & Saunder’s Rock with its tidal pools, kids Playgrounds, outdoor gyms and sunset views.
