Please be warned of potential noise Monday to Friday🚧 The apartment itself is located on the first floor close to a popular hotel & many popular restaurants. It's a self service apartment although daily housekeeping can be obtained at an extra charge. ( Mon - Fri); (Terms & Conditions apply. See in house manual for rates for these for your account ) For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment will be serviced and the linen will be changed during your stay. Therefore an additional cleaning fee of R700 will be charged to you. (Up to 4 persons sharing) Should the extra bedding is used then an extra amount applies. The kitchen has everything you need including Washing Machine, coffee machine, oven and 4 plate hob, Microwave, fridge, freezer etc It's a truly comfortable home where 5 guests can sit around the glass table enjoying a meal. It's a lovely comfy home away from home! Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 per request. If available. Please enquire this before the time.
