Welcome to Fat Grouper! Come check out this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story beach cottage ready for your summer vacation excursions! Sleeping 11 folks very comfortably and located conveniently off Bluewater Highway, Fat Grouper welcomes you with a private driveway off the main road. The corner lot is expansive, with plenty of parking. Bring your boat, and park it at the house, as the subdivision boat ramp is 2 blocks directly behind the house. Or you may enjoy crabbing at the neighborhood pier. Since the house is on the county beach, you can enjoy watching the surfers from your front deck! Or take a short car ride to the public access entrance and the shores of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy water views and hear the ocean and waves while relaxing in the custom deck chairs provided! Fat Grouper is ready for your family and friends! Fat Grouper has an open concept living, dining and entertaining space as you come up the main staircase from the carport. There is ample seating for watching movies or enjoying family game night in the living room, and a wonderful modern kitchen perfect for preparing your favorite meals! There is kitchen island seating for guests as well as a dining table that will seat six. The primary bedroom is located on the first level off the kitchen, with two comfy beds sleeping four. The main bathroom on this floor also has a tub/shower combo and a beautiful barn door perfect for privacy! Just off the living area is the outdoor deck complete with custom deck chairs and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico! During major holidays like Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, you can watch the fireworks being shot right off the county beach! Venture back into the home and up the stairs to two more comfy bedrooms, sleeping seven. The other full bathroom is located on the second level. This light and bright spa retreat comes equipped with a tub/shower combo and is located ensuite of one of the main bedrooms. There is also an extra sleeping space, just in case, at the top of the stairs, with a soft sleeping nook perfect for kiddos! Downstairs is the full-sized laundry room with laundry sink, perfect for washing out all the sand before throwing your beach attire in for a wash. Also, directly off the lower level of the home, under the house, is the private, enclosed shower ready for those beachy days to rinse off the salt and sand! The San Luis Subdivision is a private, secluded, beach home enclave that boasts houses of all shapes and sizes! There is character abound with each house exuding its own charm! Fat Grouper is within a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood crabbing pier where guests can try their luck in catching tonight's dinner! This is a NO PET HOUSE.
