Huge soaring cathedral ceilings and a full wall of windows brings the tropical beauty of Sanibel right into your living room. Cute, cozy, and comfortable say it all. Upstairs is accessible via a spiral staircase to the private master bedroom, brand new master bathroom featuring a Japanese soaking tub, and a relaxing loft area which overlooks the first floor living and dining room. The expansive front deck located just off the living room is a great outdoor space that is sure to provide the peace and quiet you so rightly deserve on your island vacation getaway. Home amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 5), 2 Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, large front porch, fully remodeled kitchen, new bathrooms, washer & dryer, outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
