Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, & a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 3 Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared community heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grills, assigned parking (2 vehicle max), beach boardwalk. No elevators available. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. 7 night minimum rental period is required. Pine Cove is a tobacco free, smoke & vape free property. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
