This listing is to book The Teton National Park Suite, a private, beautiful suite in the Mountain Hideaway - One of Leadville's Historic Victorian mansions! Managed by @TraverseHospitality You'll have your own bedroom & private bathroom, both of which are pictured in this listing. The Teton room has a queen bed, Shower (but no bath tub), a Fully adjustable standing desk and a smart TV with Netflix & HBO & a USB Charger lamp. You'll also have access to all of the amazing amenities that are spread throughout this historic Victorian mansion. The Spa: We've installed a 4 person, infrared sauna in the spa room. We also have complimentary tea, yoga mats to stretch & a fountain for ambiance. The Kitchen: Recently upgraded to provide maximum utility and enjoyment for our guests. This kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, has a gas range for cooking, and is large enough to cook and enjoy whatever meal you're in the mood for. The Living Room: Large, Open concept room with a Pool Table, TV, excellent Stereo & Plenty of Seating. Other Rooms: Please note that there are 9 bedrooms total throughout the Mountain Hideaway. Depending on how busy the day/week/season is, you may be sharing the home with other groups. Please Note: We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. The location of The Mountain Hideaway is one of the main reasons we chose to settle in here - it's amazing! You're only 1 block from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. The lodge has a huge yard with multiple decks, and plenty of parking. We're just a block from Main Street in downtown Leadville and less than an hour's drive from many of the best ski slopes, 14ers, and hikes in Colorado. Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain are the best choice for exciting snow activities! License # 003314 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. The Mountain Hideaway has a 1 gigabit internet line broadcasted throughout the entire house, so the internet is incredibly fast in every single room! Please note: children and pets are not permitted at this rental. If this policy is violated you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. We have 2 Tesla EV charging stations at the Mountain Hideaway, free for guests! No tobacco smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You will be asked to leave if you smoke on the property; this includes outdoor areas, i.e. the deck, porch, and balcony. We do everything we can to be environmentally friendly at The Mountain Hideaway. The lodge is powered by renewable wind energy offsets and we've taken many steps to make sure our environmental impact is as little as possible. That said, Please help us out by turning off the lights, turning down the heat, and recycling whenever possible. Thank You! Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
