This is a second floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking. Shared swimming pool (4 throughout the complex) and hot tub. Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens. Pets are allowed with $150 fee.
