Sleeps 4 people (Max). Location is minutes to Coachella Festival grounds, Indio Polo fields and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. This is a second floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking. Shared swimming pool (4 throughout the complex) and hot tub. Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens. Pets are allowed with $150 fee. Due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.
