House Rules Required We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. NO SMOKING inside or on the patio. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Wood-burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Dog Policy: -This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 72, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please bring all trash to the dumpster provided down the pathway to the right as you exit the unit. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. -We are not responsible for ammeneties that have are out of order per the complex HOA.
