Despite the mountainous location, all the private roads in this community are paved and maintained by the community. There are also several community creeks and ponds located within Sky Harbor Resort. The roads are paved and wind through hilly terrain with steep areas. In snowy or icy conditions, using a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly advised.
