Located on our gated Waters Edge estate in South Cerney, the home has three outdoor spaces, a lakeside deck, and its own gate straight to the water. You’re surrounded by lakes, walking trails and wildlife—perfect for a morning paddle or golden hour stroll. The village has great pubs, coffee stops and local shops, and you’re only 15 minutes from Cirencester for markets, dining, and a bit of Roman charm. Think nature on your doorstep, but everything you need close by.
