This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom coastal retreat comfortably hosts up to 16 guests and is designed for unforgettable beach getaways. Located on a quiet street in North Forest Beach, you’re just a two-minute stroll to the sand and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza for restaurants, shopping, groceries, and entertainment. Plus, you’re steps from Hilton Head’s famous walking and biking paths—perfect for cruising the island. Back at the house, the fun never stops. Splash in your private pool, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill for an outdoor cookout, or relax in the fenced backyard while the kids (and pups!) play. Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10am - Up to 3 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog be crate-trained and that you pick up after your dog. - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Please note that street parking is not allowed. - Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
