The lake offers a range of activities from boating, fishing, and water sports, to restaurants and wineries for dining and relaxing. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
