Location right on water , beautiful views and three full bedrooms as advertised. Clean and compact kitchen and great deck/ lanai to enjoy the view from. Working with Parrish group was clear and well communicated. Some small improvements we would be more modern bathrooms and cleanup of one drain. Also note there is no A/c but breeze does blow through nicely on water and you have ceiling fans (very Hawai’i ) Mahalo for your thoughtful review!
