Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size. Casa Pacífico offers a seamless mix of sophistication and comfort. Thereafter, we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To get there, Head down Jefferson street until you enter PGA West. Go to the Arnold Palmer security gate on your right. Once past the gate, turn left on Pinehurst.Find the property on your right hand side. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and throughout PGA West. There are NO security cameras inside of the property.
