Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest applies, signs an additional agreement and verifies ID, and pays a deposit. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
