To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
