[15 min drive] For those interested in exploring Dallas, here are some noteworthy attractions: ✔ Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park, a kid-friendly exhibit featuring 1000+ aquatic animals including a touch pond and ray feeding areas [30 min drive] ✔ Plenty of shopping options available such Lakeview Center, Town East Mall, Vista Crossing, White Rock Shopping Center, and many more ★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★ We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
