My apartment is located only 5 minutes walking from the train station that will bring you straight into the city and a short 10min bus drive to the beach, with shops and cafes around. Enjoy the view from the large balcony and the building facilities, like the outdoor pool and the gym. My place is ideal for couples/ friends or a families that would like to be close to both, the beach and the city. Building: Modern High Rise Buidling Lift inside the building Gym Outdoor Pool 5 mins drive from the International Terminal 10 mins drive from the Domestic Terminal Amenities: Professionally cleaned Hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels 24/7 check-in Fully-equipped kitchen Balcony with incredible views Living room: TV Access to the balcony BBQ on balcony Kitchen: Fully-equipped Oven Stove Fridge Dishwasher Bedrooms: Double bed with build in wardrobe and access to the balcony Bathrooms Separate bathroom with full-size bath and walk in shower Princes Highway is riddled up and down with fantastic restaurant. 5 mins walk is “Himalaya” which is my favourite nepalese place. Gang Thai is a great Thai restaurant just across the road. The local pub has been renovated and is a short 5 minutes away and 1 stop on the train is “The Rocksia” which is also a quality pub. Good for food and drinks, great on a weekend or a public holiday. We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.
