This amazing multi-level deluxe condo features: - a comfortable living area with sectional couch in a space that you'll never want to leave, surrounded by large windows with the lush plants and foliage just outside and the illuminating natural light that fills the apartment…it will make you feel one with nature, it is truly spectacular as it is warm and inviting - a fully-equipped brand new modern kitchen, with nearby dining table that seats 6 for a sit-down healthy meal. Plush, extra seating at the breakfast bar - a second floor with the bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and private en-suite bathrooms. - The top floor is a space that is unique to any vacation rental in Tulum as it is an additional room for you to sit and relax with family and friends at the end of the day. There is a double sized sofa bed pull out on this level for extra sleeping space and a private swimming pool. You'll be in heaven at this condo, which also includes amenities like a lounge and bar, hammocks, sun chairs and a gorgeous rooftop infinity pool and lounge with views. Plus free parking for cars. Plus, there are also so many things to see and do around Tulum-- everything from beach & water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more! This stunning place is located Luum Zama, a community within the between the beach and town community with 24/7 security, and a yoga palapa that is unlike anything you've seen before! - Located inside Aldea Zama, then inside Luum Zama, exclusive gated area, all situated between Tulum's beach and town. - Perfect to walk or jog around the residential neighborhood and nearby sites. - Shopping is in walking distance from convenience stores to grocery to boutiques and shops all around town and at the beach road, plus there's a quaint commercial area inside between the beach and town itself - Surrounded by lush jungle and nature's elements plus w/ modern comforts & conveniences Tulum is a wonderful dining destination. Here are 3 restaurants we recommend nearby: - Chacabar - Bejuco - Mezzanine Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events. Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments. - The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned. - All properties are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures. - We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! - Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property. - Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit and if necessary immediate removal from the premises. - Visitors are not allowed: every apartment has a maximum number of occupants that must be respected at all times. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
