This area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, quiet beaches, and relaxed pace—ideal for guests seeking tranquility without being far from town. Downtown Bucerías is approximately a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, offering easy access to restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife. ✓ Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly. ✓ Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas.
