Ideally suited for 4-5 guests, this apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable Queen and Double beds, and quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also includes a third bedroom, which doubles as a study. It’s been recently enclosed by sliding doors making it ideal for children or an additional guest. For added convenience, the apartment has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy, with toilet and shower, while the main bathroom features a shower over a bathtub, providing space for everyone to freshen up and unwind. As you settle in, you’ll be greeted by beautiful parkland views from the apartment’s living and main bedroom windows, making it feel more like a quiet retreat than a bustling city spot. There’s also a private balcony, a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the peaceful views of the park. The open-plan living and dining area invites you to gather with loved ones, whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen, settling down for a movie on the Smart TV, or simply sharing a glass of wine and a laugh. The iconic Adelaide Botanic Garden is also just a short drive or tram ride away. Please note, if you're booking for 6 guests, a payment request will be sent for the additional bed fee if required. The fee may vary depending on the timing of the request. However, if you provide advance notice, the fee will be no more than $35. This covers the additional linen, bedding and preparation time for the pull-out single bed to be ready for your stay. Use of the portacot and high chair is free of charge.
