Though once inside the unit there are no interior stairs, the whole unit is on a single level. Carriage House: Steps up to the front door of the building are required for access. This unit has bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor and requires stairs to access the top floor. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city.
