We anticipate our guests to treat The Abilene as your home away from home. There are a few items we ask that you be aware of as our guest. *No parties. Only registered guests are permitted and there should be no more than 6 adults at any given time. *Please be respectful of your noise levels while playing music and watching TV or enjoying the porch. We are in a residential area of Savannah which quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm - 8 am. *If there is a party, a fine of $3,000 will be levied and all costs of repair, cleaning and any damage costs will be applied to guests account. *No pets. *No smoking or vaping. *No cooking with curry or other strong smelling foods & spices. *Please refrain from using glitter or confetti or using tape for decorations. The home is historic and the tape may ruin some finishes. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if these items are used. *We ask that you do not move the furniture around aside from general adjustments for your comfort. *Please be sure to close & lock the gate while exiting to the parking area. Note: Security cameras are located at both the front and back entrances to the home and should not be adjusted for any reason. If a guest attempts to remove or alter the cameras, your reservation will be immediately cancelled and no refund will be provided for the remaining reservation time. If the cameras are broken by a guest, the guest will be charged the full amount of the replacement cost, installation costs and a 35% restocking fee. If items are removed from the home that we offer our guests for added comfort, such as umbrellas, phone chargers, bath products etc, you will be charged a full current replacement fee plus a 35% restocking fee. Photos and a complete inventory are taken before each guest arrives. We do not permit any Airbnb "experiences/services" to be provided on our property.
