Kick back and relax in one of the recliners while binging your favorite Netflix show. Pull out one of the various board games to enjoy a fun night in with the family. The open kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs including toaster, crockpot, pots and pans set, and more. Walk out from the kitchen sliding doors to the backyard oasis with grill, fire pit, hot tub, yard games, and ample seating for the entire group. This fully fenced yard provides peace and tranquility to enjoy the Florida weather through the entire year. Back inside, down the hall you'll find your first full bathroom with shower/tub combination and fluffy white towels for drying off with. Across the way are 2 guest bedrooms- one with a queen bed and the other with a spacious king. Both rooms have their own smart tv for late night shows as you go to bed. The master suite is complete with king bed and large flat screen tv. Attached is a private bathroom with walk in shower. This peaceful retreat is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Just around the corner are popular local spots such as Buena Onda, the Cheese Wheel, and Bog Brewery. Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride from the home. Or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just over a 10 minute drive from the home! SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the home. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument. SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
